All liqueurs are handcrafted there using maceration – fruits, nuts, or wine are steeped in alcohol until they have released their color, aroma, and flavor. According to the manufacturer, no machine is used from the initial preparation to bottling and shipping, and every liqueur is given time to rest and mature before it goes on sale. Many recipes originate from the family or old books, and many fruits come from their own gardens or the area surrounding the village.

Wine Liqueurs from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier

Wine liqueur is a liqueur based on wine rather than a distillate. The manufactory selects the wines specifically for this purpose so that their fruitiness is transferred into the liqueur. The Pinot Noir Liqueur matures for one year and is our house bestseller, 20.1% vol in 200 ml. The Kiss Me Heart features the same wine base with a fine cherry note in a heart-shaped 500 ml bottle. The Advent Calendar Liqueur, made from Württemberg Pinot Meunier, dark rum, and spices, has a scale for 24 days on the bottle – a little sip every evening during Advent.

Fruit Liqueurs, Hazelnut, and Orange Utan

The Raspberry Liqueur made from regional, hand-picked raspberries has 24.3% vol and is long-matured; the Cherry Liqueur made from regional sour cherries is our mildest house liqueur at 16.6% vol, sweet-tart and refreshing. The Hazelnut Liqueur is made from freshly roasted nuts, 29.1% vol in 200 ml, and the Orange Utan Orange Liqueur is fresh and slightly bitter, 25.8% vol in 500 ml. According to the manufacturer, all liqueurs are free from artificial flavorings, colorings, and preservatives.
