Red Tasting Pack. Raspberry, currant, and strawberry – the three red classics.

The Fruchtwerker Red Tasting Pack contains three 250 ml bottles: Raspberry & Vinegar, Currant & Vinegar, and Strawberry & Vinegar. All three are cold-macerated with whole fruits, without flavorings or concentrates, and contain only 3 percent acidity.

For those who cannot decide: This red trio covers the three directions that Fruchtwerker can take with berries. The raspberry vinegar is the bestseller – mild, fruity, and the salad classic. The currant vinegar is the tart, dark variety for duck, game, and bitter salads. The strawberry vinegar is the softest berry, which even pairs well with dessert.

Three bottles, three purposes

Raspberry for lamb's lettuce, arugula, and goat cheese, for pan-seared salmon, and a teaspoon over vanilla ice cream. Currant for sauces for duck breast, venison loin, and goulash, for chicory and radicchio. Strawberry for asparagus, spinach salad, panna cotta, and for children who usually do not like vinegar. All three as a shrub: two centiliters in a glass of sparkling water.

As a gift or to get to know us

This set is the bottle we wrap as a gift most often – three colors, one process, one manufactory from Talkau in Schleswig-Holstein. Anyone who does not yet know Fruchtwerker will get to know the full range from mild to tart with these three. If you already have the raspberry vinegar, currant and strawberry provide the two varieties that are furthest removed from it.

The yellow version with apple, orange, and lemon is available as a Yellow Tasting Pack; those who want all the red varieties should choose the 5-pack set.

Three berries from Talkau, cold-steeped in vinegar – for salad, sauce, and dessert.

Fruchtwerker

Fruchtwerker legt ganze Früchte kalt in Essig.
