The Tinte Gin used is a classic Dry Gin, where the juniper berry, as the protagonist, still has plenty of space, yet its remaining – very extraordinary and rare – 9 supporting actors form the basis for its special bouquet without stealing the show from the juniper berry.

After the distillation process, the Tinte Gin is refined in a purely natural way, giving it its unmistakable and rich blue color.

Even the slightest hint of acidity breathes life into it and brings its ink heart to the surface.

For our drink, we mixed lime juice, mint, ginger syrup, and dry tonic with the Tinte Gin and are completely blown away by the color and taste.
