Jörg Geiger is a trained chef and took over his parents' inn, Lamm, in 1997 at the age of 22. In 2003, he bottled his first PriSecco. Fruit from these plots goes into the organic products. While some of the conventional drinks are still clarified with gelatin, the organic line is, according to the manufacturer, consistently vegan.
